Comparison shots of the Samsung EX1 and the Panasonic LX5. These were all taken at the Shanghai expo (on the night ticket). The cameras had been purchased the day before. All shots taken in JPG format. Focal lengths will vary, as will ISO; shutter speeds and aperture values are remarkably similar among the EX1 and the LX5 in P-mode or Aperture-priority modes; metering mode was set to "pattern" on both. Flash performance varies widely as you will notice.
